KSpred 730
Product Description
KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant is a new multifunctional activator adjuvant to be considered for the potentia lIy cost-effective spray application of agricultural pesticides. The KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant is an optimized product that can help maximize both the spreading and penetration of pesticide treatments. Its new combination of nonionic and organosilicone surfactants typically provides superior spreading on most foliar surfaces, while the methylated seed oil typically provides fast penetration through the cuticular layer of plants, for rapid uptake. These two synergistic modes of action can help provide very effective spray applications of pesticide treatments.
The optimized design of KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant may offer additional advantages to growers. Organosilicone surfactants are well known for using much lower water rates in pesticide spray applications, since they provide better foliar spreading and rainfastness. In addition, the dual action of KSpread 730 may enable lower adjuvant rates than other conventional surfactants and spray adjuvants.
Key Features and Typical Benefits
KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant is a potentially cost effective activator adjuvant that typically reduces the surface tension of spray mixtures to levels below that observed with many conventional spray adjuvants. Typical recommended starting levels are from 0.1 Wt% to 0.3 Wt% concentration for "tank-mix" applications.- Better spreading (2-SX over surfactants/oils)
- Low Dynamic ST enhandng foliar contact
- Rapid penetration and uptake
- Lower use rates (2-SX less than adjuvants)

Potential Use in Agrochemical Products
KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant may be considered for use as an activator spray adjuvant component in many agrochemical products and treatments. As a tank-side spray adjuvant, optimum performance is typically achieved when spray mixtures are between pH 5.0 and 8.0, and used within 24 hours of preparation. Typical tank-mix use levels may range from 0.1% to 0.3% depending on the spray treatment. For use in neutral in-can formulations(pH 6.5 to pH 7.5), it is recommended that KSpread 730 spreader-penetrant be included in the formulation at a level sufficient to deliver between 0.1% to 0.3% to the spray mixture upon dilution.
